This project is part of the greater Cornubia Development. With the challenge of a sloping site, our approach was to create a residential complex of different density levels, making best use of the natural ground levels and the path of the sun in order to maximise light and natural ventilation for all the buildings. Also included in the Master Plan was a small clubhouse with sport facilities and parking platforms (semi-basements) underneath the buildings, to reduce on-street parking due to space limitations.
